How WikiScroll Works
WikiScroll fetches random articles from the Wikipedia and Wikivoyage APIs, keeps those with a readable introduction, and presents them as full-screen cards. Each card shows the article title, an excerpt, a thumbnail image, and auto-detected category tags. Swipe right or press Save to keep articles for later. Tap "Read full article" to visit the original Wikipedia or Wikivoyage page. For Wikivoyage travel guides, an interactive map shows the location, built with Leaflet, OpenStreetMap data and CARTO map tiles.
Privacy First
WikiScroll requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits and performance without identifying individual visitors. Your preferences, saved articles, and reading history stay on your device unless you explicitly share a collection. WikiScroll's source code is public, so anyone can see how it works.
