How WikiScroll Works
WikiScroll fetches random articles from the Wikipedia and Wikivoyage REST APIs, filters them for quality, images, and relevance, then presents them in a full-screen card format. Each card shows the article title, an excerpt, a thumbnail image, auto-detected category tags, and estimated reading time. Swipe right or tap the heart to save articles for later. Tap "Read Full Article" to visit the original Wikipedia or Wikivoyage page. For Wikivoyage travel articles, an interactive map shows the location on a beautifully styled map powered by Leaflet and OpenStreetMap.
Privacy First
WikiScroll collects zero data. No analytics, no tracking, no cookies, no accounts. All your preferences, liked articles, and reading history stay on your device in localStorage. WikiScroll is open, transparent, and respects your privacy completely.
